why home based training?

Stats show that 80% of gym members stop attending within 3 months of joining. Training at home or work is convenient and holds people accountable to their actions and also allows an exercise routine to be created around the individual’s lifestyle.


what equipment will I use?

Equipment available for clients use ranges greatly from no equipment to a set of dumbbells to a fully complete gym. We adapt exercise plans based upon equipment available often using body weight as a resistance at the beginning. As a client improves and results occur, clients often invest in additional equipment.


how are results measured?

Through our unique training system results are measured using our program cards. lifesystems clients are advised to set goals – create a plan that will help clients to focus and measure progress.


what will I get?

Clients of lifesystems vary greatly – each client is treated as an individual and educated in key personal areas. For example ranging from, stress management to nutritional consultation. Through our unique accountability service, support is given to create true change.


my goals have been unsuccessful before, how can you help?

lifesystems provides a tried and proven method to help the individual needs of a client, thereby holding the clients hand through the journey of change, at a pace that is appropriate.


can I train with friends or colleagues?

Training session size ranges from one on one, to couples, to groups ranging from 3 - 10 or more. Often the group dynamic works well as it helps to hold individuals accountable to change and creates a buddy system.


what’s involved in the initial consultation?

The initial consultation is the quick and painless completion of a purposely created form. The initial consultation treats the client as an individual allowing lifesystems to create the best possible plan for you the client.
