lifesystems are Auckland based personal trainers, we’re completely mobile so we easily fit in with your lifestyle.
We’ll educate you on techniques for exercise, nutritional principles, eating habits, tricks of the trade, and any other tools necessary for your life plan.
We also offer access to trusted professionals to get a multidisciplinary approach to your training e.g. Doctors, Physiotherapists.
Lifesystems is a systematic approach for change and ongoing change - ultimately we give you the tools so you no longer need us.
After a fitness, nutritional, health and lifestyle assessment, a programme is designed and tailored to your goals. Regular fitness testing, assessments and coaching will help ensure your results last.
We’re happy to provide one-on-one or group training.
Inside your house or apartment, out at the park, around your office or down at the beach. You name the location, we’ll train you there.
We have 30 minute and 60 minute contact sessions and suggest training with us either once or twice a week for maximum results.
As an additional benefit you also get unlimited phone, email and txt support to ask our advice or if you need a voice of reason.
We’re flexible and resourceful when it comes to equipment. Whether you have your own equipment, you need us to bring some of ours, or we use the surrounding environment or your body weight to our advantage.
